I may have accidentally fermented the wheat grass.

I ended up leaving the seeds on the radiator longer than intended.  (This winter bug has really been getting in the way of what I want to do be doing in so many ways.)

I’m still looking into this a bit, found out about something related, and hope to write more on the entire matter soon  after I’m clear on understanding certain possibilities.

If I’m right, it’s a good thing I only tried a portion of the seeds I have!
