Today there is no rain scheduled until 9pm. We’ll see how that turns out. I hadn’t even given a thought as to whether some kitchen garden plants might suffer from being started indoors. Then I found a list that went into some examples of what is ok, what isn’t ideal, and what not to start indoors. As I scanned the list, then I started worrying about the corn in particular.

The two seedlings have grown a bit more, and we’re thinking to give them a few more days before we transplant them. It might be faulty thinking, but after the yard party yesterday, I’d rather give them a bit more time to grow indoors so they don’t become victims of the critters.
